The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler features 2.25-inch inlet and outlet diameters designed to provide an aggressive sound and superior exhaust flow. Ideal for street, strip, or off-road applications, it enhances engine performance while delivering a distinctive, aggressive exhaust tone.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel with fully MIG-welded construction, this muffler ensures long-lasting durability. It is finished with high-temperature paint that offers corrosion resistance and an attractive black appearance.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections that allow clamp-on or weld-on methods. New hangers must be used as none are included, and some adaptation may be required for a proper fit.
_x000D_Application. Designed to fit a wide range of vehicles including 4- and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs. It fits universally, with some adaptation necessary.
