Description
High-Performance Catalytic Converter. The Flowmaster 200 Series Catalytic Converter; 2.50-inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet; 49-State Legal is designed to provide effective emission control for racing and pre-OBDII applications. It serves as a green solution for vintage and custom vehicles that require a catalytic converter but may not meet stringent on-highway compliance programs.
Construction and Appearance. This catalytic converter features a durable stainless steel spun body with a natural finish, housing a high-flow 200 Cell metallic substrate designed for severe-duty and high-temperature use. The compact 4.00-inch diameter by 8.00-inch length casing allows for easy installation in tight engine bays.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit 2.50-inch inlet and outlet connections, requiring welding. No drilling is necessary, although some adaptation may be required for custom fitment.
Warranty. This product comes with a 25,000-mile performance and emissions warranty and a 5-year/50,000-mile case warranty.
Application. Designed for universal fitment; some adaptation may be necessary. It is not legal for use in California or other states adhering to CARB regulations.
