The Diode Dynamics SS5 Sport 4-Pod Stealth Grille Light Bar Kit; White Combo is designed to provide powerful auxiliary lighting by mounting up to four 5-inch LED pods behind the factory grille. This enhances nighttime visibility without altering the vehicle’s original appearance or interfering with safety systems. It offers selectable backlight colors for customization and improved visibility, making it a versatile lighting upgrade for both on-road and off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. The kit includes heavy-duty steel brackets with a powder-coated finish for durability and corrosion resistance. Each SS5 pod is assembled in the USA, featuring polycarbonate lenses and aluminum castings sealed with rubber gaskets to ensure ruggedness and moisture protection. The design preserves the factory grille for an OEM-like appearance and mounts seamlessly using existing vehicle points.
Installation. Installation requires basic tools and usually takes 1 to 2 hours. The bolt-on design uses factory mounting locations with no cutting or drilling necessary, ensuring an easy installation that maintains the integrity of the vehicle.
