- Bumper is made from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4 inch thick frame and winch plates.
- Bull bar tubing is .120 wall 1-3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing.
- 120 lbs without bull bar, 128 lbs mid-height bull bar, 130 lbs full-height with plate gussets.
- Unless powder coated, the product requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust.
- Fits 2003-2005 4Runner with bolt-on top fill plate included.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16 inch laser-cut Priority One steel with 1/4 inch thick frame and winch plates, this bumper is built for durability. The bull bar is formed from .120 wall 1-3/4 inch diameter HREW tubing, providing added front-end defense. Unless specified with a powder coat finish, the bumper ships as raw steel and requires finishing to prevent rust.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with pre-drilled holes for turn signals and includes necessary frame support brackets and washer tank skid. No drilling of the vehicle frame is required, facilitating a straightforward bolt-on process for experienced enthusiasts.
