Trail-Ready Hybrid Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper with Mid-Height Bull Bar is built for serious off-road protection, combining a durable plate steel center with round tube side wings. Designed to fit the 2003 to 2005 4Runner, this bumper is winch-compatible and allows integration of LED light bars and fog lights. The mid-height bull bar offers additional protection for the grille and radiator while maintaining optimal visibility and approach angles for trail driving.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality materials, the center section is made from 3/16-inch laser cut pickled and oiled (P&O) steel, with 1/4-inch mounting plates and fully welded 3/4-inch D-ring tabs. The round tube sections use .120 wall, 1 3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing for a blend of strength and style. The bumper includes a washer tank skid and frame support brackets, and is shipped raw unless a powder-coat finish is selected—coating is required before installation to prevent corrosion.

Installation. Installation is rated hard and requires advanced mechanical skill, as well as the proper tools to lift, align, and secure the bumper to the frame. Modifications may be necessary for optimal fitment of accessories such as winches or lights. Turn signals are included and vary based on the selected model year.
