Description
Premium Fuel Injected Engine. The BluePrint Engines Standard Edition Builder Series Small Block Chevy ProSeries 427 C.I. 540 HP Fuel Injected Crate Engine and TKX Manual Transmission with Polished Pulley Kit is a high-performance powertrain designed to deliver 540 horsepower and 535 ft. lbs. of torque. Its fuel-injected design provides efficient and smooth power delivery suitable for street or custom builds.
Construction and Appearance. This engine features a high strength cast iron block manufactured and machined in the USA, forged steel crankshaft and rods, and forged pistons. Aluminum cylinder heads with large valves and runners promote effective airflow. The polished front accessory drive kit complements the satin aluminum intake manifold and integrated Holley Sniper EFI system.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience. The engine is drilled and tapped for clutch linkage and includes a mechanical fuel pump provision. Some measuring and possible custom fitting may be necessary for accessory drive components and linkage depending on the vehicle application.
Warranty. This engine includes a 30-month or 50,000-mile standard warranty covering parts and labor.
Application. This engine fits Small Block Chevy style and ProSeries applications. It is designed for builds requiring a reliable and powerful fuel-injected 427 cubic inch crate engine with manual transmission options. It is not appropriate for pollution-controlled vehicles, and installation fitment should be confirmed before purchase.
