The wrap’s durable construction resists chemical oil spills and vibration, ensuring longevity and reliable performance under extreme temperatures up to 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F intermittent heat. It features a neutral color with a textured fiber finish.
Installation. Installing the exhaust wrap is straightforward, with no drilling required; it easily conforms to tight bends and secures quickly using the included stainless steel locking ties. Pre-wetting is unnecessary for application, and the wrap should not be moved or removed after heat cycling to maintain effectiveness.
