Long Travel Performance. The Long Travel Kit delivers enhanced suspension travel and increased ground clearance for improved off-road capability and comfort. It is engineered to provide up to 12 inches of wheel travel while widening the track by 2 inches per side for greater stability. This suspension upgrade is ideal for tackling challenging terrain without compromising durability or ride quality.

Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-strength 4130 Chromoly steel tubing, the upper and lower control arms are precision engineered for superior strength and durability. The lower control arms are boxed and plated for extra toughness, while integrated skid plates protect critical components on the trail. Polyurethane bushings and heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers ensure smooth articulation and long-lasting performance.

Installation. Installation requires appropriate tools and mechanical knowledge. The kit uses factory pivot points and includes Grade 8 hardware. Chromoly axle shafts are required for 4x4 applications but are not included. Long travel shocks are also required but not included with the kit.

Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Application. Designed specifically for Toyota 4Runner models from 2010 through 2024 without exclusions noted.
