Construction and Appearance. This product features a 10 mil embossed aluminum face bonded to a 1/8 inch composite glass-fiber core with a high-temperature pressure-sensitive backing. At just 3/16 inch thick, it is lightweight, rigid, and can be shaped or trimmed to fit into tight clearance areas. The aluminum side must face the heat source, offering excellent heat reflection and durability with a dimpled texture to enhance rigidity.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires minimal adaptation to fit various applications. It does not require drilling, simplifying the process for both professional and enthusiast installers.

Application. This universal heat barrier can be adapted for use on multiple surfaces including metal, aluminum, carbon fiber, and plastic.
