Extreme Heat Protection. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan is engineered to manage severe exhaust heat in demanding offroad and powersports environments. It contains heat within the exhaust system, improving performance and reducing external heat exposure in harsh conditions.

Construction and Appearance. This exhaust wrap features a unique dual-layer design made from high-temperature glass fiber combined with a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The tan finish provides a rugged, durable look with superior abrasion and impact resistance. Air Gap Technology enhances the insulating barrier between the wrap and the hot pipe surface.

Installation. The 1.5-inch width and interlocking stainless steel exoskeleton simplify installation on any header or exhaust pipe without drilling. The wrap stays securely in place once applied, allowing for an effective and straightforward installation process.

Application. Designed for universal fitment with some adaptation required. It is not recommended for use on catalytic converters or titanium exhaust pipes due to the risk of heat retention causing damage. Wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints is discouraged because of the reduced flexibility after heat cycling.
