Description
High-Performance Heat Control. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Black is engineered to manage and insulate extreme exhaust heat in demanding conditions such as off-roading and power sports. This wrap is applied directly to headers and exhaust pipes to reduce heat radiation, protect surrounding components, and improve engine efficiency by retaining heat within the exhaust system.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This exhaust wrap features a dual-layer construction combining a high-temperature glass fiber inner layer with an outer 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton that enhances durability and protects against abrasion and impact. The black finish offers a rugged, professional appearance while the innovative Air Gap Technology maintains an insulating air barrier between the wrap and the exhaust surface.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to the narrow 1.5-inch width and the locking feature of the stainless steel exoskeleton which keeps the wrap securely in place. No drilling or specialized tools are required. After exposure to heat cycling, the wrap becomes inflexible and should not be repositioned or removed.
