International Credit Cards

ExtremeTerrain currently only accepts credit cards that have been issued by an American based bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International Cards at this time.

For international customers, we can offer the following two options:

  • We can accept payment by international money order issued by your bank.
  • We can accept payment by a money order issued by a US bank or US post office.

(Please keep in mind that we do not ship internationally.)

Product Availability

Every product on ExtremeTerrain has a Shipping Time Estimate just above the "+Add to Cart" button. We keep these estimates updated on a regular basis, so be sure to check those out before you order to see when your parts are going to be shipped.

How to Register for "My Account"

  1. Click on the link that says "Log In" (top right of the website below the checkout button).
  2. Click on the "Register" button on the right.
  3. Fill out information in fields provided.
  4. Click on the "Create my Account" button at bottom of page.
  5. We will then send a verification email to the email address you used to create your account. Click on the link in that email to complete your registration. (You should receive this email within 10 minutes of signing up. If for some reason you do not receive it, and you don’t see it in your spam box, please contact us and we will confirm and verify your account for you.)

Order Status

How to Check Your Order Status

  1. Log into your account (top right of the website below the checkout button)
  2. Scroll until you see "Purchase History"
  3. All orders you have placed should be listed there. Click on an order number to view the order details and status.
  4. If you notice missing orders or incorrect info, please Contact us and let us know what issue you're having.

Order Changes and Cancellations

All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before clicking submit order.

An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled. Please call us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.

If you need to change the address on an order in transit with UPS, please call us. There will be a fee of $10 per package. Orders shipped with USPS cannot be changed while in transit.

Order Confirmation

Orders placed online after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday are transferred to our order processing system the next business day. Once received into our system, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us please call us at 1 (800) 988-4605 and we can confirm that your order was placed and supply you with your order number. We can even send you a copy of your invoice via fax, email, or USPS mail.

Here are a few possible reasons why you might not have received an email from us:

  1. You entered an invalid email address at checkout.
  2. Our email was intercepted by a spam protector. Please check your spam/junk folders for an email from us. This is likely to happen if you have an AOL, Hotmail or a government/military email address.
  3. There may be a question about your order (an out of stock part, incorrect billing information, wrong wheel sizes etc...), in which case we will email and/or call you about your order.

Order Acceptance

Your order has not been approved until you receive a confirmation email from us (within 1 business day of placing your order). In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, your order may be refused or cancelled.

We are not obligated to, and do not, collect state-specific sales tax. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.
