      Description

      Construction. The heavy duty tire carrier from Rugged Ridge complements your RRC rear bumper and takes the stress off your tailgate. The steel construction can support a large 35 inch tire and its special latching design keeps it in place while cruising on the highway or exploring new paths. The carrier reduces the load on your tailgate by being mounted on your bumper. The bumper mounted design takes the weight of the tire and carrier through the bumper to the frame, bypassing the tailgate, therefore easing tailgate load. The carrier comes in a textured elegant black finish to match your rear bumper and look great on your TJ/YJ.

      Specs. The tire carrier weighs 44 pounds.

      Accessories & More. The carrier has a 5 year limited warranty, provided by Omix-ADA. The carrier also features a reinforced grease fitting to provide a long lasting, squeak free gate.

      Application. Fits 1987-2006 TJ/YJ Wranglers with the Rugged Ridge RRC rear bumper (11503.22).
