what is the difference between the 2.5" standard and extreme duty springs ? spring rate ?

        • The RE Extreme-Duty leaf springs are military wrap at one end and are unmatched for durability, flexibility and ride quality. They feature a higher spring rate so they will ride harder if there is not more weight like bumpers, winches, etc. Additionally without the additional weight the springs may sit at a higher lift height.

            Careful With Hardware

May be a noob mistake: of the 8 sets of sleeves, bushing, and bolts that mount the leaf springs- it is not labeled, but 4 of 8 are very slightly bigger sets...So when you are installing- the smaller bolts will fit in bigger sleeves with no issue- but then you get to installing your other sets of leaf springs and you realize "doh", bigger bolts won't fit in the sleeve. Rather than take apart the first set to get the right sleeve I reused a sleeve from my old set of leaf springs. Secondly- get the rear shock relocators! They are not included but a must. Install them BEFORE you install rear leaf springs or else you may be fighting for clearance of the hardware when installing.
