Sizing. The Rough Country Performance 2.2 Shock offers an additional 4 inches of clearance and a 50% larger frame compared to the leading traditional shock. With a 41.4 millimeter bore housed in a chrome hardened 17.5 millimeter piston rod, this is a great choice for those who own Jeeps with larger aftermarket wheel and tire combos.

Properties. What is the use in finding a shock that works great on rugged terrain, but terribly in the city? With this shock you do not have to compromise. It is capable on-road and off-road. It comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

Notable Features. During suspension travel, energy is absorbed by the polyurethane bushings, and the external jounce bumper works in conjunction with the spring loaded piston rod seal. This is a durable, long-lasting part that is inverted with the piston rod pointing down.

Application. This rear shock fits 1997 - 2006 TJ Wranglers with 4 inch lifts.

Freight Notes. Freight items can only be shipped within the continental 48 states, no expedited methods.
