    Premium N3 Front and Rear Shocks. The Rough Country 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit includes a pair of premium front and rear N3 shock absorbers. These nitrogen-charged, 10-stage velocity valving shocks offer superior damping for both on and off-road driving. Additionally, these shocks are constructed using a 2.12-inch wide body for ideal heat dissipation and an 18 mm piston rod for strength.

    High-Strength Front and Rear Dual-Rate Coil Springs. The Rough Country 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit provides its front and rear lift via high-strength coil springs. These coil springs are constructed from high-grade steel and are finished in a gray powder coating for rust protection. Additionally, these coil springs feature a dual spring rate for superior ride quality even when driven hard.

    Rigid Front Forged Adjustable Track Bar. The Rough Country 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit includes a front forged adjustable track bar. This adjustable track bar replaces your stock track bar and enables fine-tuning of your Jeep’s suspension geometry. This track bar is manufactured from high-grade steel for superior rigidity and receives a black powder-coat finish for corrosion protection.

    Tough Front and Rear Upper and Lower Control Arms. To give your Jeep maximum articulation, the Rough Country 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit includes a set of front and rear upper and lower control arms. These control arms are fully adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune your Wrangler’s wheelbase and pinion angle. These control arms are manufactured from thick-walled steel DOM tubing and feature fully-rebuildable flex joints with Clevite rubber bushings.

    Professional Installation Recommended. Installing the Rough Country 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit With Premium N3 Shocks requires cutting and drilling, as well as expert-level mechanical knowledge to properly install its components. Your exhaust will also require cutting and welding. As such, professional installation is recommended.

            DIY-able kit even in your own drive way

            I've never installed a lift kit before. I did this mod in my driveway using three jacks (all standard car jacks) and two jack stands. Took me 10 days including waiting for missing parts from RC. Their customer service is sketchy so here's what I recommend. HIGHLY recommend you lay out the components of the kit AND the nuts and bolts needed. Ensure you have everything before you everything! Call for missing parts before you start. I would've saved about 7 days off my total install time. Next, ORGANIZE the components and connectors so you have them at the ready. Have a ruler with BOTH metric and US units handy. Read the instructions at least twice BEFORE you undo your first nut/bolt. Know what you want as a result of each action and, ultimately, from the kit. Then carefully and SAFELY follow the instructions. I was always thinking how not to get hurt or crushed by the jeep or axle as I was doing this. Ratchet straps (2 ) will be super handy when aligning bolt holes and axles. For control arm install, I connected both arms to the axle first. Then installed the lower control arm at suggested measurement to the frame; adjusted my pinion angle to what I wanted (slightly less than the drive shaft angle) then adjusted/installed the upper control arm. Recommend adjusting the control arm with the vehicle on the ground. Don't forget to adjust your headlights afterwards. The look and feel of my 2008 JKU Rubicon was totally worth the effort. The ride is smoother than stock, and it's exciting to drive. My MPG dropped some, but that's not why I drive a modified Jeep. Gas is cheap, Jeep On!
