      5 2016 Rubicon - JJ

      Built very well

Much stronger than cheaper versions. Stands up to elements well. I have mine mounted outside and have for two years, winter, salt, etc. I clean it up twice per year and grease it. Works flawlessly. I did cut it down to a 48” because 60” is too long to mount horizontally and vertically is only OK if you don’t park in the garage.

      4 2010 Wrangler - AlanW

      60 in. Extreme Recovery Jack

It is Big! I got it as a "just in case" tool, and in hindsight, maybe the 48" might have been more practical. I could not pass up the price of $80. Only time and situation will tell if it was worth it. The only thing I did not like was the poor way it was packaged. The box was banged, broken, beat, and re-taped; the jack was not secured properly inside. It should have been packed with closed-cell foam, not Styrofoam.

      All you need...

Great jack! Maybe 60' is a bit too much for regular offroad action...

      5 1990 Wrangler - DylanJ

      Great jack

Works like a farm jack should. 60" allows recovery from anything, including rolling a jeep back over single handed.

      5 2012 Rubicon - JosephF

Is as stated. I made a wider base that bolts on to compensate for the wieght in sand and mud. It was perfect for my needs.

    Questions & Answers (1 answers)

    1 Top Rated Question

Does this jack come with a piece to attach a strap to on the top? i guess its a custom nose piece or do I need to buy the special kit that has it. And If so can I just attach it with a d-ring instead of buying the special piece? Thanks in advance.

    • The RedRock 4x4 60 in. Extreme Recovery Jack will not have a mount for a strap. A D roing would not securely mount this jack. We recommend a mount specific for recovery jacks.
