What is TPMS?The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS for short) is a factory installed safety feature on all 2007 and newer Jeep Wranglers that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit.
How do I keep my TPMS feature?Aftermarket wheels do not come with TPMS sensors. However, if you select 'Add TPMS Sensor’ and your specific year range from the options listed above, we'll install the TPMS Sensors in your new wheels!
For more Information, check out TPMS Sensor Kits in detail.

Better then picture
I was worried with choosing my wheels because you can’t see them in person. I ended up choosing these over the fuel Mavericks and boy am I happy with these. They look even better in person and make the Jeep look much better then stock wheels. Highly recommend anyone who is considering these!Helpful (1)

Mammoth Type 88
These wheels are awesome! Love the option to customize the trim color. The only downside are the center caps. They just snap into the wheels. Not sure how secure that are. I did have an issue with a couple of center caps that had been damaged during shipping or packaging, but customer service took care of it and sent new ones.Helpful (1)

Looks good, great price
Good looking wheel especially for the price. I had ET mount and balance them on wome tires and they came out great. The only thing i didnt like is the stock lug nuts do not fit the in space provided on the wheels. Had to spend about $40 for some lug nuts for all 5 wheels.Helpful (1)

Great look and fit I ordered the 17x9 for my stock jku and the fit perfect just a slight but of the tire sticks out and nothing rubs anything. Very aggressive look.Helpful (1)

Looks great for a budget wheel
I went with these cause they looked good and they are quite cheap. Work great except the insides scratched fairly easily when they got some mud on them. Also the hub caps snap in so they break very easily.Helpful (2)
Does the backspacing keep 315 x 70 x R17 tires inside stock 2016 JKU fenders with a 2 inch lift? Also, load capacity seems a little low. Thanks
Hello, on the Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel - 17x9 (07-17 Wrangler JK) if you put a 315x70R17 tire on it it will come outside the stock Fender a bit.
Do the OE tpms sensors get on these rims?
The Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel is compatible with OEM TPMS sensors.
Hello. What is the exact weight of 17x9 ?
This wheel will weigh 23 pounds.
Is the center cap removable? I have a tag relocation bracket which has a bar that extends through the center of the spare.
Yes, the center cap can be removed.
Will the 16” wheel fit on a 2019 Wrangler?
At this time we only offer wheels larger than 16" to clear the brakes. At this time we do not offer a set of 16" wheels that will clear the JL brakes.
The 16x8" Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel has a 0mm offset and the 17x9" Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel has a -6mm offset.
The both the 17x9 and 16x8 are 23 lbs.
The center cap item number is J103181.
This Mammoth wheel in the 17x9 model would have a 4.7" backspacing.
Yes, the Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel will work fine with a stock tire carrier.
The pieces would need to be removed and painted on the Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel. We do not offer them in different color options at this time.
We do not have the Mammoth Type 88 Black Wheel in a 18' wheel, solely a 16" or 17" inch at the moment, which can be viewed here: https://www.extremeterrain.com/search?keywords=Mammoth%20Type%2088%20Black%20Wheel&page=1&Generation=2007-2017&Subcategory=Wheels&VehicleType=Wrangler .
With a stock JK you can run up to a 33x12.5" tire with these wheels with no clearance issues. The taller and wider the tire the beefier the look will be, I would choose something aggressive. If you would like to discuss what is best please give us a call or chat in to pick out something that would work for you. The inserts are removable with an Allen key and can be prepped and painted yourself or by a paint shop. We do not currently offer the inserts pre-painted.
The Mammoth Type 88 Wheel has a 4.7" backspacing meaning it sits out about 2" more than the factory wheels allowing them to clear a wider tire like a 33x12.50. A 285/70/17 = 32.7x11.2/17 is a fairly narrow tire, the set up should not sit out much past the factory fenders, if any.
