How to Install Kargo Master Congo Pro Front Hoop Light Bar (07-18 Wrangler JK) on your Jeep Wrangler

1. Using a T40 Torx bit remove (5) Torx bolts from each A-Pillar (the top (3) bolts on the side and the (2) bolts on the front).

2. Insert the supplied tube caps into the open ends of the front hoop light bar.

3. Place the supplied nylon washers between the body of your jeep and the front hoop light bar.

4. Position the front hoop light bar so the mounting holes line up with the holes the factory Torx bolts were removed from. You may need assistance from a friend to avoid scratching your Jeep.

5. Place a supplied M8 flat washer, then a supplied M8 lock washer, then a supplied M8 bolt in each hole and hand tighten. Do not fully tighten until all bolts are in place. (Ignore the additional black bracket in the photos below. It is for quick release mirrors and is not part of, or included with, the Kargo Master Congo Pro Front Hoop Light Bar)

6. Once all bolts are in place ensure they are all tightened.
