      Will these corner guards work with a Smitty Built HD tire carrier. Can they be easily trimmed.

      • The Bushwacker Rear Trail Armor Corners will not clear the Smittybilt Pivot HD Tire Carrier. These can easily be trimmed, being made from a TPO plastic material, however this will result in unfinished edges, and will most likely not be able to provide adequate clearance.

      What's the difference OE finish and matte black

      • The OE finish has a shine or sheen to it which matches your stock flares. As for the Matte black finish, it would be a flat black and more dull in color.

      In the video we can clearly see 'paint' near the left edge of the left tail lamp (eg there may be a .25" gap) and we don't see this on the right side. This suggests very poor fitment. Am I missing something?

      Wii these fit under or next too aftermarket flairs I have the xenon aftermarket flairs not oem

      • The Bushwacker Rear Trail Armor Corners (07-17 Wrangler JK) may require modification with aftermarket fenders. Unfortunately we do not carry the xenon fender flares but if you take a look at our customer photos it looks like some of our customers have installed these using aftermarket style fenders.

          Nice stickers

          These are hard plastic stickers you can attach to the rear corner of your jeep. To call them armour is a joke.

          Around the corner

          I’m disappointed in the quality of this product. I’ve been happy with bushwhacker products in the past but workmanship and fit is below my standards. Price was good if quality would have been better. Thinking about removing them.

          Had some drill holes on rear panel by light. Put these on and not only covered up the holes but looks great. Easy to install and perfect fit.

          Wouldn't purchase again

          No instructions...you have to go to YouTube to find them so not a good start. They didn't stick properly...even after I'd cleaned and prepped the area. Would go with a different product from a different company.

          Made from flimsy plastic and bad cuts.

          I had expected these to be metal or at least a hard, dense plastic and they're very flimsy and the craftsmanship on them is awful. Where they were cut were still frayed. They also don't fit aftermarket, upgraded hinges.

          Great but not perfect

          This armour looks great and appears to be of very good quality. It was slightly challenging to install using the numbered pull system they recomend and the cutout around the gas cap was not perfect but all in all I am very happy w the product for the price.

          Terrible craftsmanship :(

          The armor was not cut well at all and wasn't a good fit. I sent it back immediately. All of the edges were really rough and didn't cover where it should have.

          The instructions are very detailed regarding placement. They look great, my only complaint is the cuts are very jagged and there are gaps around the taillights and tailgate hinge.

          Upset

          I bought this product for my 2012 jeep wrangler. Once I received the product and began to put on I discovered it does not fit. It was impossible to re attach my soft top with the pices on. If adjusted any at all it was impossible to open the tail gate. When contacted extreme terrain I received excellent customer service, but was advised to call bushwacker. I received horrible customer service from bushwacker, I received a young kid that called me ignorant and I didn't know what I was talking about.

          The instructions were backwards. Which was annoying. And it didn't specify how to remove the 2 bolts under the license plate, to fully remove it. But overall it was a good product
