The Artec Industries Triangulated Super Duty Sterling Swap Kit with Truss is what you need when you want to swap out your Dana 35 of 44 rear axle to a Super Duty Sterling rear axle. The Sterling rear axle offers a number of advantages over your Wrangler TJ’s factory rear axle, making it outstanding for more extreme off-roading. This rear axle swap kit lets you upgrade to the Sterling rear axle conveniently since all the brackets for control arms, shocks, and coil springs are included.
Better Handling, Superior Strength. Your factory trackbar is eliminated with the Artec Industries Triangulated Super Duty Sterling Swap Kit. Instead, its upper control arms are triangulated, which not only gives you better handling, but also enables the Sterling rear axle to fit properly in your Jeep. Its truss component also provides your new rear axle with even more strength, letting you take your off-roading adventures to extreme new heights. Please note that this kit requires the use of aftermarket, non-OE style control arms and rear sway bars. New frame side brackets and upper links will also be needed.
Tough Precision Craftsmanship. The Artec Industries Triangulated Super Duty Sterling Swap Kit is CNC-cut from ultra-tough mild steel for a tight fit. Each component features integrated interlocking tabs for easier pre-assembly. Superior strength is provided by the 0.375-inch-thick truss assembly and 0.25-inch-thick truss gussets and brackets. Finally, all the components are left unpainted, so you can finish the assembly based on your preferences.
Professional Installation Recommended. The Artec Industries Triangulated Super Duty Sterling Swap Kit with Truss requires considerable welding and grinding for proper assembly and installation on your new Sterling rear axle. Painting the assembly is also needed after installing the truss. As such, professional installation is highly recommended.
