      Description

      Optimum Performance. Upgrade your Tacoma’s performance and power by replacing those restrictive cast-iron manifolds with these impressive Street Series Twisted Steel Headers with a Y-Pipe by AFE. These headers are designed with 3-to-1 mitered merge collector for a decreased turbulence and increased exhaust flow. It is also equipped with optimized tube lengths for true pulse control technology that greatly enhances your Tacoma's exhaust flow and performance.

      Deep Aggressive Growl. These Street Series Twisted Steel Headers with Y-Pipe by AFE enhance the Tacoma’s aggressive stance as it gives off a powerfully loud exhaust tone. In addition, this exhaust note appropriately goes with Tacoma’s engine performance as it produces an aggressive roar while accelerating and driving through various trails and roads.

      High Flow Catalytic Converters. AFE specifically designed the catalytic converter to out-perform the Tacoma’s restrictive stock cat. Each header comes with a 200 CPSI (cell per square inch) metallic high-flow catalytic converter to increase exhaust flow capacity that allows the Tacoma’s engine to breathe more efficiently. This enhanced outflow results in a significant improvement in driving performance.

      Premium Construction. AFE manufactures its Street Series Twisted Steel Headers using a 16-gauge, mandrel-bent, 409 stainless steel for superior strength. This material is specifically designed to withstand extreme temperatures and resist the corrosive attacks of the exhaust gases. Moreover, these headers are fully welded and each pipe has a 3/8-inch thick CNC Laser-cut flanges to ensure precise fit and a leak-free seal.

      Not CARB-Certified. These headers are not CARB certified yet and are not legal for use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards.

      Application. The AFE 1-5/8 Inch Street Series Twisted Steel Headers with Y-Pipe are designed to fit all 2005-2011 4.0L Toyota Tacoma models.
