The Jeep JKs that are used in competitive off-roading events are as versatile as they are tough. They climb crags and rock faces, plough through mud ditches and pits, and traverse deep sand dunes. You’ll see these vehicles decked out in Jeep armor - and large - lift kits for overcoming restrictive obstacles. Because these trails are far more treacherous, every competitive off-roader has gotten stuck at some point. In order to pull these extremely heavy JKs to solid ground, they use winches that have a rated line pull for a Wrangler of 12,000 pounds. When attached to another truck or a stationary and stable object, like a tree, they can free your JK from almost any imbroglio.
