Description
Reinforce. The Synergy Front Axle Assurance Kit is designed to help prevent your Rubicon's stock axle from bending or breaking due to off road travel and over sized tires. This kit features precision made inner axle sleeves, C Gusset reinforcements, lower control arm skid plates and inner axle seals to maintain your Rubicon's axle through extreme trials and the most aggressive trails.
Durable Construction. Each component in this kit features a heavy duty construction for superior strength and reliability. The C Gusset brackets and control arm skid plates are crafted from laser cut CNC bent 3/16" high strength carbon steel for rigid strength. Each axle sleeve is made from 2.0" x .250 1026 DOM tubing and is machined for a perfect fit in stock axle housings.
Installation. This Rubicon axle reinforcement kit required modification including drilling and welding. We recommend seeking a certified mechanic for installation to ensure proper function and performance.
Application. This Synergy Front Axle Assurance Kit is specifically designed for use on Dana 44 front axles found on 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Rubicon and TJ Unlimited Rubicon models.
