The rivet tool they give you is garbage and will damage your car. I had to have my lower panel welded shut and redialed at a shop. This does involve drilling into your jeep and if you don't have a rivet gun leave it to the pros. It looks great now that it is on, but I'll never try and rivet my car again.

    Very heavy duty construction.

I was looking for rocker panel protection and didn't want to go with the tube look. I liked to look of these rocker armor steps. The install information was not on the extreme terrain website. When the product arrived I was a little discouraged about having to drill 12 holes in my brand new jeep to install these rock guards. I contacted a local body shop and had them install them. The cost was minimal and the finished product looks great. There were some brackets included that allowed for a optional mounting to the pinch seam. I was not confident that the brackets and pinch seam would support the weight of the rocker guard. Each side weighs 65 pounds. If you don't want to drill holes into your jeep these rocker guards aren't for you.

    Love it

The main complaint about this project is having to drill into a brand new jeep and the tool they give you is worthless. Luckily my stepdad made something to make it work for the installation. I love the look of this product and it's exactly what i was looking for. :)
