Description
Design. This black overhead console from Rugged Ridge is made from a 3/16 inch solid plate, which is then covered in strong, durable, 600 denier polyester. The storage pouches are then further protected with PVC lining. These are made from the same material that's used to make popular G.E.A.R. seat covers. These pouches are installed above the center console for quick and easy access to overhead storage.
Storage Benefits. There is a ton of utility in these pouches. In total there are six different storage pouches, but each pouch is further broken down into several different storage pouches. It's UV stable, which means you don't have to worry about the hot sun beating down on your storage solution, but it is not waterproof. As a result, it's best used for camping gear, off-roading tools, and other items that won't be damaged in the event of rain.
Install & Fitment. Installation requires a few bolts and takes a little time, but is simple enough for virtually anyone to do. Once the pouches are installed, they're in place for life – or until you remove them. Rugged Ridge is a leading manufacturer in storage solutions, and stands behind this product with a five year limited warranty.
