Description
Specs. Though a spare tire is handy to have, especially when off-roading or rock crawling, a tire stop is needed to keep it from banging against the taillight, body panels, and other parts of your Jeep, possibly damaging them. The Stainless Steel Tire Stop, made by Rugged Ridge, is an excellent replacement for a missing, damaged, or rusty stock tire stop. This component is manufactured out of 304 stainless steel to provide protection against rust, and features a mirror-polished finish for extra panache. The Tire Stop is a tough, sturdy part that will serve you well for years.
Construction. Rugged Ridge's Stainless Steel Tire Stop is protected by a 5 year limited warranty. Supplied with all necessary hardware, the tire stop is quick and easy to install, since it is a direct-fit bolt-on replacement part. Application is drill-free and needs no modifications or custom work. The tire stop is designed to perform exactly like the stock part as regards your Jeep's spare rear-mounted tire.
