Construction. This full door seal is made of soft rubber that feels good when you put your arm out the window. Maleable metal tabs are included to hold the strip firmly in place, so it doesn't come free and get damaged or lost easily.

Installation. The installation process for this outer door glass seal is actually fairly advanced, so set aside about two hours or more so you don't feel rushed. You'll need a flat head screwdriver and possibly a utility knife for the installation process, mostly to remove the old weather stripping. One of the hardest parts of the job is getting the tabs lined up with the holes in the door frame, which can be a tedious process and take some trial and error to get it completely right. Once installed correctly, the rubber seal will sit firmly in place, creating a tight seal without requiring you to slam the door closed.
