Description
Specs. The gas vent hose is an important part of any gas tank, enabling air to flow in and replace the gas as it is pumped out to the engine, thus preventing a "vapor lock." This Omix-ADA neoprene vent hose replaces the stock hose when it begins to crack, distort, or otherwise show its age and the wear and tear it has been subjected to. Installation is quick and easy and ensures your carburetor doesn't end up starved for fuel due to a partly collapsed vent hose cutting down on air flow.
Construction. Omix-ADA's Fuel Tank Vent Hose is a high quality replacement part, which serves as a direct substitute for stock component number 52100033AD. This part has a 0.75 inch inner diameter and works with 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engines or 4.0 liter 6 cylinder engines. One steel clamp is included. Installation is easy since it is a direct fit, and the part is designed to match all OE standards, fitment characteristics, and performance guidelines. The company provides a 5 year limited warranty against defects for this fuel tank vent hose.
