Description
Specs. The Alloy USA Left Side rear Grande 35 axle shaft is a strong, durable axle constructed from 4340 Chromoly. This metal was selected due to its incredibly high tensile strength, induction hardening, tempering, and heat-treatment for more durability. The result is a product 40% stronger than the typical stock Wrangler 1040 axle. Stronger splines were added as a result of advanced cold splining technology. The shaft is then precision CNC machined and mangaflux inspected to verify that there are not any cracks. The product is then completed in a slick, black, anodized finish. The manufacturer covers this axle with an industry-leading 10-year warranty. Note that this axle does not come with seals, bearings, or studs, and an aftermarket 30 spline differential is needed. It's made to be used with 1987 – 1989 Non C Clips.
